The NSW Department of Education requires all staff to participate in an initial child protection induction.

The Department is pleased to present Child Protection Awareness Training, a self-paced e-learning course that provides this initial child protection induction training for all staff. 

This course is also Department of Education MyPL accredited, registered with NSW Educational Standards Authority (NESA) and will attract accreditation for identified professional learning at Proficient level for three Australian Professional Teaching Standards.
